John Pasche

When it comes to the music industry and his career it didn’t hit off until the one design that he did for The Rolling Stones. The design was of lips and a tongue and is still one of the most recognisable logos of all time, even today. It was originally produced for their album ‘sticky fingers’. Her ended working with them through 1970 to 1974 and with his time with them he became a life long fan.

His idea for the logo came from when he met Jaggar for the first time ever, according to Pasche, the first thing you notice about his is the size of his lips and mouth. He continued on designing posters for them mostly the American and European tours. Rolling Stones isn’t the only band that he’s helped design posters for, he’s also created ones for The Stranglers, The Raven and Dr Feelgood.
